Description of issue:
I have an issue where some articles don’t get a card image, while others do. It seems totally random, since they have the same meta tags (different content of course).

URL affected (must be public):
This card shows an image: www.ottar.se/vestibulit-pa-radarn
This card shows no image: www.ottar.se/franska-presidentvalet-till-hoger-om-hoger

(Can’t paste a direct link because when clicking “Create Topic” i get “Sorry you cannot post a link to that host”.)

Troubleshooting steps attempted [note that we will not prioritise posts unless there is evidence of following the troubleshooting guides]:
I have tried:

  • Checked robots.txt
  • Different image dimensions, currently 800 x 418 px
  • Checked actual image size, they are similar (83,6 kB vs 105,3kb)
  • Using og:image or twitter:image makes no difference (currently og:image)
  • Both images are .jpg
  • No error in the card validator, both shows:
INFO:  Page fetched successfully
INFO:  22 metatags were found
INFO:  twitter:card = summary_large_image tag found
INFO:  Card loaded successfully

I managed to get the image in the example to show up in the card by deleting EXIF-info from the image and uploading it with another name. Then I changed back to the old image and it still shows in the card.
