Ran out of tokens, even though I should have some more

Hi,

I’ve just got informed by my contact guy in Twitter that my app (ID:8138762) was upgraded to Basic Level.
However, it looks like I still have only 5 tokens, because I can’t authenticate any user beyond the 5th one.

Could someone from Twitter’s staff help me find out how many tokens I have left and what is the problem here?
