I need to create a new welcome message (which I can do with some regular text) but also need to add some buttons and am thinking the Quick Reply functionality could do what we need, i.e. present the user with a button or two with options to select.
When the user selects an option, we’d reply with some pre-canned text. I can’t see any examples of this, has anyone done this before? Also, curious to figure out how we wire up the selection of the button(s) to their pre-canned responses that we need to return to the user. Help!
