I am a machine learning engineer working with tweet data. We are currently considering texts of publicly available Tweets obtained via the Twitter Search API (potentially together with other separate datasets) to train the machine learning model for production service. We’d like Twitter to confirm that we can use the tweet data to train our machine learning model and contact via Twitter Help Center (Platform), but we were not able to receive a response for over ten days.
Can anyone suggest a contact point for receiving the response for these kinds of inquiries?
