Question about scheduled posts on a single account

Hi I get that you cannot post identical or similar tweets to multiple accounts.

I have 2 questions

1 We recently acquired another company, 1 if the tweet is from a different account with a different logo and company name with identical content is that allowed?

2 if the tweet is from the same account can we post the tweet multiple times - from the same account?
basically is this just about multiple accounts?

In both cases I would have to say no this is not ok.

from one single account, it is common practice to post a tweet on one day then repeat it another for the people who missed it.

On the twitter rules, it says only to a trending or popular topic - what if it is just a niche topic?

if we continue to post the same tweets will we get a warning ? we will have to change our whole social strategy otherwise
