Question about retweet limit and policies

Hi!

I have an app that reads from a rss of news and tweets the content to some accounts. This is not permitted with the new policies because is duplicated content, so:

Doing that only one of the accounts read from the rss and tweets, and the others only do retweets of the first account posts would be be a valid approach?

And if is, how many accounts could make the retweets and spared in how many time to not be considered spam?

As an alternative to posting identical content, you can Retweet content from one account from the other accounts you wish to share that post from. This should only be done from a small number of distinct accounts that you directly control. Please note that bulk, aggressive, or very high-volume automated Retweeting is not permitted under the Automation Rules, and may be subject to enforcement actions.
