In your article about best practices for automation, you cite some examples of good usage, but I’m not sure how this example could even work if it was popular, given the limitations of posting limits as I understand them. Unless I am misunderstanding the example:
In the example you show @klmfares responding personally to an inquiry about airfare. How does klmfares handle posting limits? Is this sort of use subject to the same posting limits as every other account? If so how could a business that has a very popular service be able to keep up with the requests without hitting posting limits. Is there something I’m missing here?
