@jvjv You should raise this up to Twitter directly or go through your Twitter Parter Representative. There are times when this happens, and it is not really an issue that seems to be resolved by posting here. The Twitter Partner Representative usually sends you an export directly.
If this does not work, use the Live Chat in the Twitter Ads UI to raise this issue.
