Public Stream especially with a Tracking Keyword delivers tweets faster than User Streams. I mean it delivers it really in real time compared to User Stream. I tried tweeting in the timeline of user currently in the user stream and I’m expecting it will be delivered live stream. I’m using the QTweetLib for BlackBerry 10
