Public filter Stream, use same credentials in different mechine, It can run successful

I used same credentials in different mechine and use streaming API, it can get the data from twitter website, I remember the streaming API not permit the user use same credentials to use streaming API,Who know this reason ?(I used twitter4j to use Streaming APIs)
