Providing an api tool

I recently created an api tool that searches Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Vine, Tumblr, Flickr and Google Plus by hashtag and returns json data via rest endpoint.

I posted the tool to https://www.mashape.com/targunp/hashedtags

Does anyone know if this tool is within twitter’s developer policy?

Also I am currently using my own api key, I would like to allow users to use their own api keys, is that within the developer policy?

This tool violates §I.6.b of the Developer Policy.

Same thing.

Your tool makes Tweets available via an API. The Policy says that APIs which offer Twitter data may offer only Tweet/User IDs… not the Content itself.

Sounds good, if just return the ids would I be within the policy?

No longer returning any Twitter content besides the “TweetId”
