I am having an issue with a clients promoted website card and the text not showing.

Can I get some help? Please see attached screenshots.

Hi Jodie! Since this is for our Ads platform, the correct way to request assistance is via the Ads dashboard.

Go to ads.twitter.com and in the top right of the page (to the right of the compose button), you’ll see a Help link - that’s the team that can support this. Thanks.
