Promoted tweet paused vs line item paused

what’s the difference actually? only the line-item is the enabler of the ads process? if, for example I set the line item currently on “pause” but promoted tweet is paused=false - the promotion will stop at the moment right?

Yes.

I can see that when getting the promoted tweets, they indeed have a member paused, but as far as I know, there’s no way of pausing a promoted tweet. Am I wrong? If I’m not, then what’s the significance of the paused member and why is it there?..
