Whenever I change something on my bio or change my header and click save. My profile picture disappears from the profile and from the tweets in my feed. This problem occurs everytime I change something. It has literally only started happening not long ago. please can you fix this as I do change things a lot on my profile and this is a persisting problem as I have to re-upload the profile picture each time the problem occurs.

it seems that mine has fixed now, it doesnt disappear when I change something. it might be just a minor error.
