I’m a production assistant at Fox 44 News in Waco Texas. I am currently attending Full Sail University and in my class, new media tools, they want me to create a professional account for this platform. I want to stay in the local news broadcasting industry, however, I’m not actually a news personality and am behind-the-scenes and plan to show my progress towards being a director of a local news broadcast station. Is my account going to be approved? This is kind of required for a grade and I’m way behind anyways, because Instagram thought I was fake, because I tried to do something nice for another friend in one of my other classes and it came back to bite me in the end. Is this possible or no? I need to know asap because the class is only until the end of the months, but I will still use the account as I’m about to graduate and maintain employment within local news broadcasting.
