Problems with API 1.1, i have some questions

Hi,
i used to develop an app that use api 1 twitter’s rss like this :

https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/user_timeline.rss?screen_name=@FCBarcelona

My app only show the ten last tweets of an account without log in Twitter but since the last version of api, i understand that authentication is required for everything.

So my app doesn’t work anymore and I wanna use V1.1 but I have two questions :

• how can I use the same kind of request with automatic Authentication ?

• how many request can I do in one hour ?
