Problem with tracking russian words

When I use russian terms in “track” function I cannot filter tweets with these terms followed by punctuation signs(,!?
For example, if I enter the term “Ростелеком”, I can’t get the tweet "Ростелеком! привет"
So, I have to enter terms like this: “Ростелеком!”, “Ростелеком?” etc.
If I enter the term in Latin, all is OK.
This behaviour contradicts to your documentation for “track” function:

Punctuation and special characters will be considered part of the term they are adjacent to. In this sense, “hello.” is a different track term than “hello”. However, matches will ignore punctuation present in the Tweet. So “hello” will match both “hello world” and “my brother says hello.”
