Problem with the streaming api?

Since this night I am unable to connect to the streaming API, I dont see any update to the api or whatever so whats going on?

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Exception’ with message 'Twitter did not send a chunking header. Is this really HTTP/1.1? Here are headers:
connection: close
Content-Type: application/json
transfer-encoding: chunked
date: Wed, 23 Apr 2014 06:38:23 UTC

Hmmm traced it down to a change in httpcode from 200 to ???

I had the same issue, I perform the change you mentioned and it is working again for me.
Was this “update/change” warn by twitter some how??? I can not understand they make changes without anticipating it to the users.

This is correct. According to RFC it is case-insensitive I think.
