Problem with create my access token

Exact same problem here.

My problems are as follows:

Can’t change permissions. I just created a new app, and when I try to change the permission to “read, write, etc”, it just snaps back to “read only”, even though the status message is “The permission settings have been successfully updated”.
Can’t generate access token, even though the status message says that the token has been sucessfully created.
Can’t regenerated consumer keys. They stay the same, even though the status message says that they have been successfully changed.
Can’t run an OAuth test. Click Test OAuth, enter a simple GET command, stick the generated cURL command into a terminal window, and I get an “Authorisation failed” 401 error …

We are aware of the issue with tokens not updating on https://apps.twitter.com. We are actively working on fixing the problem. The actual values are updated but due to a cache issue the display is not.

I have created e few apps on another twitter accounts a few days ago and it was working fine, but now it’s not working anymore. I have tried it for many times - I need the token action for the SNAP autopost

It seems that “some moments” means “about 24 hours”. Access token finally showed up.
