Problem while creating new app

Hello,

I was trying to create an new app but it return me an error message about setting my mobile phone , but on My Profile there is not any setting to set it, also my country (Greece) is not on the support list, so my question is how can I make a new app ?

Contact the Twitter Support using the Form and explain your problem, they can enable it for you without the need of a phone number. At least that worked for me.
