Problem receiving direct message in the callback URL

I have created a twitter app. (MsgBox r1310)
I have enabled a twitter login and able to receive access token of all users who logged in with twitter. What I need is direct messages of all users logged in. I have their twitter access token.

I am not able to receive any request in my callback URL.
How can I receive direct message real time.

Thanks for reaching out here. I have a few follow up questions for you:

1. Do you have a developer account?
2. Have you set up access to the account activity API from the development environments page?
3. Have seen the Account Activity API documentation yet?

Also, there are two different URLs that we use a callback URL and a webhook URL (AAAPI) and there might be some confusion between the two here.

Also you want to make sure your permission levels have been set with the right level of access. In this case you will need read, write, and DM access.

1. I have developer account.
2. Already created an environment (msgdev) and have access to account activity API.
3. I had gone through the API documentation.
4. Also I had given all the required permissions.

I need to get direct messages received to the users who signed in to my system.
My doubt is whether I am able to receive message of one user using their access token.

Can you please run this endpoint to see if the user in question has successfully been subscribed to your webhook URL?

GET :env_name/subscriptions/list

If you find that the payload to that request doesn’t include the user in question, then you will have to use this endpoint to subscribe to their activities:

POST :env_name/subscriptions

You will have to have the user use Sign in with Twitter to get the proper tokens to pass along with that request.
