Problem in creating a new app in Twitter

I am trying to register my first web app for twitter. On the ‘create new app’ page I am getting the error mentioned below. Please note that I have signed up for twitter developer as well as registered my phone number and verified it. Please help.

Error
The client application failed validation: Not a valid URL format.
The client application failed validation: Not a valid callback URL format.
The client application failed validation: eCopon is already taken for Name.

It looks like you’ll need to choose a different name for your app as the one you’re trying to use has already been taken.
