On April 17 2021, between 08:00:09:236 PDT to 15:57:56:619 PDT , most of the calls connecting to twitter via standard API’s v1.1 were not successfull and got Read time out exception.Especially between 08:00:09:236 PDT to 09:59:33:743 PDT -4,290 calls got failed (for both GET and POST requests) .Was there any outage in twitter during the mentioned period in the Standard v1.1 endpoints since in incidents we were not mentioned about these endpoints ? Please help us with an update .Thanks for the understanding
