Previous banner is invalidated before the next banner starts to load

I opened this issue first on Github, before remembering that MoPub issues have been moved to here. That issue is: #171

The issue also contains a workaround that I added in a new MoPubView subclass (injected with MoPubViewFactory.setInstance(..)) to fix the issue.
