Hi I have got premium API and My dashboard shows limit but when try to extract it says rate limit exceeded.

I think that limit is for v2, not for Premium - Premium rate limits are in https://developer.twitter.com/en/account/subscriptions

They should probably put a label on that monthly cap usage, because it is ambiguous.
