Hello dear Developer Forum people, Happy new Year!

I have an issue with my twitter account, that I changed my phone number a while ago, I can’t verify my account when it got locked/suspended. I have written a ticket to the help center and reached out to the billing department but they seem still to be on holiday?

At the same time, I have a premium subscription with my developer account and I received notification that it will renew again on the 8th of January which is this Friday. Since the account was locked, I could not use my subscription. And since my account is locked, I cannot modify any changes that I need to make with the subscription. Please be so nice as to help!

I would very much appreciate some help from a Twitter staff to look into this issue because the subscription I used is quite costly and I cannot afford losses money and time-wise.

Unfortunately, when I try the following instructions on the billing faq, I get redirected to the developer portal, then its says that I can’t do anything because the account is temporarily locked.
" locked
Your Twitter account is locked or limited. Go to Twitter.com and follow the instructions as prompted. You can also learn more about locked or limited accounts on our Help Center."

I have tried also the suggestion but it is still taking time and the subscription renewal date is this Friday. May I please get in touch with someone who could look into this case?

Thank you @andypiper! I have sent an email, hopefully, they could get back to me and resolve the issue before Friday.
