Premium Account Activity API still in review

Hi guys,
We have been waiting for our access to Account Activity API been approved since March 12th when we replied to a request for our App id but we have had no news since then.
With the news about public availability of these APIs we thought it will be granted by default, but after more than two months we are still waiting for approval. How long will it take?
