Hey,
this is a question for a twitter staff. I am currently writing my master thesis on Sentiment Analysis and therefore I need a good amount of full-archive Twitter Data. With the sandbox limitation to 50 requests per month with only 100 Tweets each, I cannot realize that unfortunately.
Do you eventually grant access Premium Access for such projects?

they never give away access for free, and the free data grants were limited. There’s some good details here: https://gwu-libraries.github.io/sfm-ui/posts/2017-09-14-twitter-data

There are dozens of twitter data sets for sentiment analysis - you could probably use an existing one - depending on what your study is for.
