Pre-load logic for website cards

Back in May 2015, we discovered that there was pre-load logic for Website Cards on the Twitter iOS mobile app.

Can you address these questions:

•      Is this still happening on iOS mobile apps?
  

•      Was it rolled out to Android mobile apps?
  

•      Can you confirm which user agents we should look for to identify this traffic and remove it from our customer reporting?
