Posting Photo on behalf of Guest from Website

we are developing a website that allow guests to upload images to their twitter account. I went thru Twitter documentation about policies to do it. I know that i have to register my website with Twitter and Twitter will provide App Id. My questions are while posting the image on behalf of guest, does twitter provides the oAuth token for each guest. As a application owner, do i need to use the same token for that guest every time he want to post a photo?

Once the user is logged in to Twitter via your app, you’ll have access to the user’s access token, and can use that to post on the user’s behalf.

Thank you Andy. Do i need to persist User’s access to use it in future or do i get the access token every time user login into twitter account thru my application.
