Post tweet from a user account

Hi

I code in Python, I want to know how do we do to tweet “hello world” from a user account who joins my app ? (Once one has clicked on the button “autorize app”, how can I use his account to tweet or like or do some good stuff ?)

Capture their token and then use the statuses/update endpoint to make a post.
