seems like they stopped posting the images all of a sudden

We repost "scheduled’ tweets that have photos… most go out once a day or some frequency. If the update includes a photo we upload the photo, get the returned media ID, and post…
Day two, we skip the upload because we have a media ID and just post the update with the media ID
this has been working - but now it seems it only posts the text part on day two
