POST statuses/update API is not posting Thumbnails of URL

Hello,

I am trying to post a url (" https://web.whatsapp.com/") from POST API, it’s getting posted successfully, but the thumbnail of the url is not shown in Twitter UI. Is there anyway i can post url along with thumbnail? This issue is observed only for some particular urls.

A Twitter card (summary with image) will only be shown for a given URL if the website has implemented the Twitter metadata markup. That site / URL does not have valid metadata, so no card is shown.
