POST oauth2/token && Application-only authentication Always 404

Hi
I am using URL https://api.twitter.com/oauth2/token for getting response from twitter for tweets.
Issue is sometime it gives response and data come but some times its giving error like
"The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." And i get blank response.
My time interval for sending request to Twitter is 15 minutes.
Can anybody suggest the solution for this? Am i doing anything wrong??

Hi,
I am experiencing Authenticity token error issues, Code:99.
Sometimes I get back a response with the BEARER TOKEN, but 99% of the time I get the credential error code 99.

Is this possibly a fault on twitters side?

Any response would be appreciated.

Caution! Base64Encoder inserts a strange new line “\n”; .replaceAll("\n", “”); solved my problems
