Post messages to twitter is not working any more?

Hi Guys,

I used to post messages to twitter via http://api.twitter.com/1.1/statuses/update.json.
It was working before 17 March 2015. But suddenly, It is not working any more . It come out with 403 error
Is there any changes of the API during last 1 month?
