Possible to track Tweet of others?

Hi,

I just wonder if there is a way to track an embedded tweet events THAT BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE, but not our own ?

It is something i require to analyze how effectively did it work. I mean, lets consider it is a tweet published in our website for advertisement purpose. So, i have to see how many clicks, replies, retweets, and favorites did subject tweet get, where our website is the source/referrer.

Hope, my question is clear and have a solution.

Thanks for the reply. I already read that documentations but i just want to be sure if it works only with Google Analytics Asynchronous or available for GA Unviersal as well ?
