Possible to monitor account for when users block/unblock?

Hi,
I am new to Twitter, I am wondering if it’s possible to monitor my account (or better yet accounts that are not mine) for when other users block/unblock the account. Is the block/unblock history possible to query Twitter for, or would I need to monitor something (set up a cloud instance to run a script that does this monitoring?)

No, this is not possible. You cannot tell when a user has blocked or unblocked you. The only way of knowing is to try to access another user’s profile - if it returns an error that you are blocked, then that’s the only information you will have. There’s no “notification” of this occurring, and this is intentional.
