I was trying to gather 100 random tweets from each month from 2019. However, I discovered that this isn’t available on Premium. Now, I am looking for a way to get the 100 most popular tweets for a keyword for each month. I was not able to find any mention of this in the documentation other than the standard search. Is this possible for historical data?
No, i don’t believe it’s possible to specify engagement / popularity Operators by product | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform
You can get random tweets live though, with the sample stream, but i think 100 tweets per month for a year is too small of a sample to do anything with - your keyword search may be better generally.
