Poor video quality on Twitter

I noticed that videos once uploaded on Twitter are poor quality when we watched them.
The image before playing show the original quality but then once the video is played the quality is really poor, sometimes it show the original quality bot most of the times quality is really poor.

Can anyone be kind to help me please and explain why the video does not play with original quality same as the preview before playing.

You said the original quality is okay while after you upload it sucks? The most possible cause might be your bad network condition i think which limits the output image. And make sure, if your video is 1080p, normally a 7000-value bit rate is required.
