How much time does it take for Twitter card approval? It has been 3 weeks since we applied for player card approval.

We have applied for Twitter Player Card on July 5th, 2013 and we are currently still waiting to be approved. We have started development for our native mobile applications and would like to have our player card approved before we launch. How much more time should we plan on waiting for approval for zaptones.com?

I applied for the Twitter Player Card on 18th Sep, 2013 and still did not get any response from twitter. I have applied for other cards also and they got approved in the same day.
Can someone from twitter please confirm, if anything is wrong with my player card?
