Player Card will not display open in native App, despite meta tags

I currently have a player card which is implemented and working across our site, along with some pages utilising a summary_large card. In addition I have added the following meta tags in order to have deep linking from twitter mobile apps to our native app:

twitter:app:name:googleplay
twitter:app:id:googleplay
twitter:app:url:googleplay

twitter:app:name:iphone
twitter:app:id:iphone
twitter:app:url:iphone

twitter:app:name:ipad
twitter:app:id:ipad
twitter:app:url:ipad

and the corresponding native apps respond correctly to the deep link url’s in every other scenario (from other apps, from safari etc)

However our card’s only have a ‘view on web’ and do not have the open/install app link.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Theobald,

Were you successful in getting deep linking/open in app to work? We are struggling with the same issue. Meta tags are correct, url scheme works, etc., but our cards won’t show the "Open in " or the install app line.
