Player Card validates, but rejected saying it doesn't validate

Our player card passes validation using the Card Validator but has been rejected saying it does not validate without any additional information. I’m at a loss on how to proceed. Here’s the URL we submitted to the validator: http://www.n3twork.com/n/p33255
