We got our player card approved about a year ago and all was fine!
About a month ago we had an email from the Twitter team saying to make some changes to our card to make it more compliant with Twitters policies. Which we did straight away and the case was closed.
Until last week our cards just stopped working. I’ve ran it through the validator and it says approved on the left, but not whitelisted in the log messages.
Is there a way for us to get this re-whitelisted, I cannot see any buttons which would allow for me to do so?
Also is there a way for us to find out why this happened, so we can ensure it doesn’t happen again in the future?
