REX Labs was approved to use Twitter’s player card and has had *.rex.is whitelisted. When we test our metadata using the card validator, everything works as expected. In our production usage, though, Twitter only displays the image preview without the title, description, or player which are all displayed in the validator.
Any pointers as to how the card validator differs from actual production rendering as well as what is wrong with our metadata would be greatly appreciated.
