Player Card approved - but not playing video inline on mobile

My Player Card was approved and sharing to Twitter results in iframe being displayed on web but on mobile, even with “twitter:player:stream” and “twitter:player:stream:content_type” are set, mobile does not play my video inline.

i.e.
