[Places] How can I update/delete the information of a place created with incorrect data?

I’ve created a place using the REST API method https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1.1/post/geo/place">POST geo/place and by mistake I’ve added incorrect information to some of the fields. (i.e. the contained within of the place was set to Twitter HQ by mistake)?

Now I want to know how can I update the place information or delete the place altogether.

Is it possible or not to update or delete a place?

What if I had created 10000 places with incorrect data? How can I update or delete them?

Are the places created on the Twitter API by other users visible to all other users or they are only visible to the user who created them?
