Pictures not showing programmatically/rate limit

After one successful day developing PHP code to automatically post tweets (using Abraham’s OAuth library) I have two issues/questions:

1. Tweets stopped displaying any embedded pictures or even a link to them (I prefer to dispense with the link and have the pictures, BTW)
2. I need a way to test my code without being blacklisted or hitting the limit and having to wait till the next day (I’ve heard about someting called “Apigee”)

Any example Tweet IDs? How are you attaching the media to the Tweets?

Apigee is simply an embedded test console available on our developer site. It will help you test some of the calls, but not to test your code itself.
