Getting a “Not Found” error when trying to tweet pictures, same happens on iPod Touch

Having a similar problem from my iPhone 4S. It will let me send regular tweets but as soon as I attach a pic it says…

“There was a problem sending your tweet. The tweet has been saved to your drafts. Please try again later.”

It was fine this morning. Has only been doing this since around 3PM.

Any help?
