PHP Streaming of logged in user's timeline

Hi,

I’m looking for a solution I can start streaming the (first of all) timeline of a user logged into my application. I tried some libraries, but I can figure out how something like this could be implemented. The main problem is that I can’t dynamically update the parameters (set of ids) I want to start/continue the streaming.

Could you help me with some ideas, the main logic behind it? Because I’m completely stuck at this point.

Thank you, I already checked the docs. My real problem is that I don’t know how should I start a new stream for each user.
