Phone number associated with too many Account

Hello Twitter!

So basically I have to put my phone number for my account but when I try, it says that the number is already on another account
When I try to log on the account with the phone number, it says they found too many account with my phone number so…

Please, How can I disable my older account with my phone number or get back phone number because I can’t log in those old account

You are going to have to get access to your old accounts to remove that phone number to be able to reapply that phone number to future accounts.
